In a recent interview, Collier says that he remembers everything from that night, from being in front of the apartment building to being brought to the hospital by ambulance. This is bad news for alleged shooter Tyrone Romaroo Hartsfield, who recently appeared for a pretrial hearing. During the hearing, Hartsfield’s lawyer filed a motion for the addresses of Collier and other witnesses. The result was that there will be another pretrial hearing in December. Hartsfield has been charged with attempted murder as well as the possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. So far, Hartsfield has pleaded not guilty to the shooting on September 2, which left Collier paralyzed from the waist down and without one of his legs.
